By accessing or using apolloscooters.ae, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing, packing, courier booking or dispatch.

14. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Indicative delivery timelines are:

UAE: 3 to 5 working days

GCC: 7 to 10 working days

GCC orders may arrive sooner, but cross-border delivery depends on local customs clearance and courier operations.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

15. Customs & Cross-Border Orders

For deliveries outside the UAE, customers may be responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import VAT

• Clearance fees

• Local taxes

• Documentation requirements

• Destination handling charges

unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product may legally be imported into their destination country.

16. Returns & Refunds

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied products will be handled according to our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, Warranty Coverage Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

17. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Eligible Apollo products officially supplied through Monster Middle East are supported according to our regional Warranty Coverage Policy.

Warranty claims may require:

18. Safety

Electric scooters are motorized mobility products and their operation involves inherent risks.

Before riding, users must:

• Read the product manual

• Perform appropriate safety checks

• Wear protective equipment

• Maintain the scooter properly

• Follow local regulations

• Ride responsibly

• Remain within their riding ability

19. Local Laws & Regulations

Purchasing an Apollo scooter does not guarantee that it may legally be ridden everywhere.

E-scooter regulations vary across the UAE, GCC and wider Middle East.

Depending on location, requirements may include:

• Minimum age

• Permits

• Registration

• Helmet use

• Speed restrictions

• Approved riding zones

• Road-use restrictions

• Parking requirements

• Insurance

Customers are responsible for checking the laws applicable to their intended location of use.

A customer's inability to use a scooter in a particular location due to local regulations does not itself constitute a product defect or create a change-of-mind return right, subject always to mandatory law.

20. Responsible Product Use

Customers must not knowingly use products in an unsafe or unlawful manner.

This includes:

• Racing

• Dangerous stunts

• Unauthorized speed modifications

• Carrying passengers where prohibited

• Operating while impaired

21. Modifications

Damage resulting from unauthorized modification may not be covered by warranty.

22. Weather & Environmental Use

Water resistance does not mean waterproof.

• Dust

• Storage

• Charging conditions

Environmental damage caused by misuse, neglect or operation outside reasonable product conditions may not be covered under warranty.

23. User Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless unauthorized use is promptly reported.

Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

24. Prohibited Website Use
