These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of apolloscooters.ae, including purchases made through the website.

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected item.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed on apolloscooters.ae are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

For UAE purchases, applicable VAT will be handled in accordance with UAE law.

For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination charges may apply unless expressly stated as included at checkout.

Prices, promotions and offers may change without notice before an order is placed.

A price displayed after your completed purchase does not retroactively change the price of your confirmed transaction.

7. Pricing Errors

Despite reasonable care, pricing or product information errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious or material pricing error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you before processing the affected item.

Where required, you may be offered the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Any action will remain subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Orders

12. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

UAE deliveries are generally estimated at 3 to 5 working days.

GCC deliveries are generally estimated at 7 to 10 working days and may arrive sooner.

Cross border delivery times depend significantly on local customs clearance, import procedures and courier operations.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

13. Customs, Duties & Cross Border Purchases

For shipments outside the UAE, destination country requirements may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported into and used within their destination country.

14. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature, value, size and lithium battery systems of electric scooters, we do not generally accept change of mind returns once an order has been dispatched.

Returns, repairs, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products.

15. Warranty

Products officially supplied by Monster Middle East are covered in accordance with the applicable Apollo Scooters Middle East Warranty Coverage Policy.

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, exclusions and procedures stated in that policy.

Valid proof of purchase may be required.

For products purchased from an authorized retailer, customers should retain the original retailer invoice.

16. Authorized Retailers

Apollo products may also be available through authorized retailers and partners.

Purchases made from third party retailers are subject to that retailer's applicable sales, payment and return terms.

Warranty support for products officially supplied by Monster Middle East will be handled in accordance with our regional Warranty Coverage Policy.

Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer will be required.

17. Safety & Responsible Use

Electric scooters are motorized mobility products and their operation involves inherent risks.

Customers must:

• Read the product manual

• Follow safety instructions

• Wear appropriate protective equipment

• Maintain the scooter properly

• Conduct pre ride safety inspections

• Operate within their skill level

• Follow applicable laws

• Avoid reckless or dangerous riding

18. Local Laws & Riding Regulations

E scooter laws differ significantly across the Middle East.

Depending on location, regulations may govern:

• Minimum rider age

• Permits

• Registration

• Helmets

• Speed limits

• Approved riding zones

• Public road access

• Parking

• Insurance

• Passenger restrictions

Customers are responsible for checking the regulations applicable where they intend to operate the scooter.

Purchase of a scooter does not constitute a representation or guarantee that it may legally be operated on every public road, pathway or location.

A change in local regulation or a customer's inability to use a scooter in a particular location does not itself constitute a product defect.

19. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Customers must operate and store products according to manufacturer guidance.

Water resistance does not mean waterproof.

Extreme heat, water, flooding, sand, dust, corrosion, improper storage and other environmental conditions may affect performance and product life.

20. Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs

Unauthorized modification may compromise product safety.

Customers should not modify:

• Speed controls

• Firmware

• Battery systems

• Controllers

• Motors

• Electrical wiring

• Braking systems

• Structural components

Warranty coverage may be affected where damage results from unauthorized modification, repair or incompatible components.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, photographs, videos, product materials, logos, designs, layouts and software is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Apollo Scooters, Monster Middle East FZE or their respective licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or modified without appropriate authorization except as permitted by law.

22. Apollo Trademarks

Apollo names, logos, product names and related branding are trademarks or intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

Monster Middle East uses Apollo branding in its capacity as authorized regional distributor and brand representative.

Nothing on this website grants users any licence or ownership interest in those intellectual property rights.

23. Website Use

You agree not to:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

29. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from their unlawful use of the website, fraudulent activity, infringement of third party rights or unlawful misuse of products.

This provision does not impose liability on consumers where doing so would conflict with mandatory law.

30. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

33. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.

34. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and the operation of apolloscooters.ae are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or dispute resolution rights that apply, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For cross border transactions, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the transaction will continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

35. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any mandatory consumer protection right.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, that mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
