Apollo Scooters Middle East Support:

apolloscooters@monsterme.com

Monster Middle East FZE is the exclusive regional distributor and official brand representative for Apollo Scooters across the Middle East.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to Products and Services purchased through apolloscooters.ae.

They may also apply, where relevant, to regional warranty and support services provided by Monster Middle East for eligible Apollo Products purchased from Authorized Retailers.

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to place an order through the Website.

The legal age for purchasing a Product should not be confused with the minimum legal age for operating an electric scooter. Riding-age requirements vary by country, emirate, municipality and jurisdiction.

The Customer is responsible for determining whether and where a Scooter may legally be operated.

4. Orders & Formation of Agreement

Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the Order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders remain subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, fraud screening, address verification, export and import restrictions and applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an Order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, incorrect information, legal restrictions or inability to fulfil the Order.

If We cancel an Order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, compatibility information and other information are accurate.

Apollo may periodically update Product components, firmware, software, specifications, packaging or functionality.

Product images are illustrative and appearance may vary slightly from the Product supplied.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to Products that are materially defective, incorrectly supplied or materially inconsistent with their advertised description.

6. Prices, VAT & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website.

For UAE purchases, prices and VAT will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.

The total amount payable will be displayed during checkout.

For cross border orders, additional customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, local taxes or other destination charges may apply unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payment must be made through an accepted payment method.

Customers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

7. Middle East Availability

Products may be offered for delivery within the UAE, GCC and selected Middle East markets.

Availability may vary according to Product, destination, regulatory requirements, logistics capability and inventory.

We reserve the right to decline an Order for a destination that We cannot reasonably or legally service.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Our normal estimated delivery windows are:

UAE: approximately 3 to 5 working days.

GCC: approximately 7 to 10 working days.

GCC deliveries may arrive sooner depending on destination and courier availability.

Cross border delivery is subject to customs clearance, local import procedures, courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside Our reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

9. Customs & Import Requirements

Customers ordering outside the UAE acknowledge that cross border shipments may be subject to customs and import requirements in the destination country.

Where not expressly included in the checkout price, the Customer may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, clearance fees and destination charges.

The Customer is responsible for complying with applicable import and local registration requirements.

10. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage generally passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a person designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product, subject to applicable law.

Customers should inspect packages promptly following delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be photographed before the Product is used.

11. Inspection & Reporting Product Issues

Customers should inspect their Product promptly upon delivery.

If a Product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact:

apolloscooters@monsterme.com

Please provide:

Full name
Order number
Country and city
Product model
Serial number
Detailed description
Photographs or videos
Contact number
Copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase

For purchases from an Authorized Retailer, a copy of the Authorized Retailer invoice is required.

Where a potentially safety related defect is discovered, discontinue use until the Product has been assessed.

The original Apollo terms similarly require customers to cease use when a defect is discovered and cooperate with the investigation.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature, size, value, safety requirements and lithium battery systems of electric scooters, We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an Order has been dispatched.

Orders that have not entered processing or dispatch may be eligible for cancellation.

Defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed Products will be handled according to Our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

No Product should be returned without prior authorization from Monster Middle East.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Limited Regional Warranty

Eligible Apollo Scooters officially supplied through Monster Middle East are supported by the Apollo Scooters Middle East regional warranty program.

New eligible Scooters generally receive a 12 month limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the complete Warranty Coverage Policy applicable to the model.

The original Apollo terms likewise distinguish the general one year component warranty from separate frame coverage and recognize that coverage can vary for legacy models, accessories and other categories.

Customers should therefore refer to the current Warranty Coverage Policy on apolloscooters.ae for the exact coverage applicable to their Product.

14. Warranty Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible Products supplied through Monster Middle East's official regional distribution network and purchased through apolloscooters.ae or an Authorized Retailer, unless otherwise expressly confirmed.

Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty coverage is subject to the exclusions and conditions contained in the Warranty Coverage Policy.

15. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty generally does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents or collisions

Vandalism

Abuse or misuse

Normal wear and tear

Consumable components

Improper assembly or disassembly

Unauthorized modification

Unauthorized repairs

Stunt or extreme riding

Commercial or rental use unless specifically authorized

Water intrusion or water damage

Flooding

Improper charging

Power surges

Non approved chargers

Improper storage

Rust or corrosion

Cosmetic deterioration

Improper maintenance

Unauthorized accessories or upgrades

Damage during unauthorized transportation or repair

Failure to follow Product instructions

Failure to install required software or firmware updates where relevant to the issue

The manufacturer's existing warranty specifically excludes many of these conditions, including accidents, improper assembly, modifications, water damage, improper maintenance, stunt riding, unauthorized accessories, normal wear, tire wear, improper charging, corrosion and unauthorized servicing.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Maintenance

Proper maintenance is essential to safe operation.

Customers must follow the maintenance requirements contained in the applicable Apollo owner's manual, Product instructions, Apollo App and official technical guidance.

Maintenance may include inspection of:

Tires and tire pressure

Brakes

Fasteners

Folding mechanism

Stem and handlebars

Lighting

Electrical components

Battery and charging system

Structural components

Customers should retain maintenance and service records where appropriate.

Apollo's underlying terms emphasize that failure to perform recommended maintenance can create significant safety risks and allow maintenance records to be requested during assessment.

17. Repairs & Authorized Service

Warranty diagnosis, repair or replacement must be authorized by Monster Middle East or the applicable authorized service network.

Do not send or deliver a Scooter to Monster Middle East or a service location without authorization.

Unauthorized repair or modification may affect warranty eligibility where it causes or contributes to the claimed defect.

Repair timelines are estimates and may be affected by diagnostics, parts availability, international shipments or circumstances outside Our reasonable control.

The manufacturer's existing terms similarly recognize that repair schedules may change because of parts availability, shipment delays and other circumstances.

18. Spare Parts

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain or obtain spare parts necessary to support Products sold through the official Middle East distribution network.

Availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Certain components may need to be sourced internationally, which can affect repair timelines.

19. Safe Operation

Electric scooters are motorized mobility products and involve inherent risks.

Before riding, every user should:

Read the owner's manual

Understand the Scooter controls

Perform a pre ride inspection

Check brakes

Check tires and tire pressure

Check the folding mechanism

Check the stem and handlebars

Check lights

Wear an appropriate helmet

Wear appropriate footwear and protective equipment

Follow local traffic laws

Ride within their ability

Maintain a safe speed

Never operate the Scooter while impaired

Customers acknowledge that riding involves risks arising from traffic, road surfaces, weather, obstacles, collisions and the actions of other road users.

20. Local Laws & Regulations

Electric scooter regulations differ substantially throughout the Middle East.

Depending on jurisdiction, regulations may govern:

Minimum rider age

Permits

Registration

Insurance

Helmet requirements

Maximum speed

Approved riding areas

Cycle lanes

Road access

Pedestrian areas

Parking

Passenger restrictions

Night riding

Required lighting

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to where they ride.

Purchase of an Apollo Scooter does not constitute a representation that the Product can legally be ridden in every location.

21. Rider Responsibility

The rider is responsible for the safe and lawful operation of the Scooter.

This principle is also central to Apollo's original Terms, which place responsibility on the rider for compliance with applicable road, traffic and insurance requirements.

Subject to applicable law, Monster Middle East is not responsible for penalties, fines or consequences arising from unlawful or prohibited use of a Scooter.

22. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Apollo Scooters are water resistant according to the rating applicable to the specific model. They are not waterproof.

Customers must exercise particular care when operating or storing Scooters in Middle East environmental conditions, including:

Extreme heat

Direct sunlight

Sand

Dust

Humidity

Water

Flooding

Coastal environments

Salt exposure

Products should not be ridden through deep standing water or flooded roads.

Charging should take place in suitable conditions using approved charging equipment.

Refer to the Weather Conditions & Environmental Use page for complete guidance.

23. Battery Safety & Charging

Lithium ion batteries require appropriate handling.

Customers must:

Use an approved Apollo charger

Inspect charging equipment before use

Avoid charging a visibly damaged battery

Avoid charging in wet conditions

Provide appropriate ventilation

Avoid exposing the battery to excessive heat

Follow Apollo charging and storage instructions

Stop using the Product if the battery displays abnormal swelling, excessive heat, unusual smell, smoke or other potentially hazardous behaviour.

Do not open, modify or attempt unauthorized repair of the battery pack.

24. Software, Firmware & Apollo App

Certain Apollo Products use software, firmware and the Apollo App.

Updates may be required to maintain Product functionality, security, compatibility and safety.

Apollo may update or alter Product functionality through software or firmware.

Customers should install applicable updates promptly.

The manufacturer's Terms state that firmware is part of Apollo's maintenance process and require customers to install applicable hardware, software and firmware updates.

25. Third Party Integrations

Some Product functionality may rely on mobile operating systems, networks, GPS, telecommunications, maps, payment providers or other third party services.

Availability of third party services cannot be guaranteed by Monster Middle East.

Changes or interruptions to independent third party services do not necessarily constitute a Product defect.

26. Connect+

Certain compatible Apollo Products may support Apollo Connect+.

Connect+ is an Apollo operated connected service and may require an Apollo account, compatible Product, mobile device, connectivity and separate subscription.

Availability, pricing and functionality may vary by Product and country.

Where Connect+ is purchased through the Apollo App, applicable Apollo and third party terms may also apply.

Apollo's existing Terms state that Connect+ applies to IoT enabled Products and may be purchased with the Scooter or subsequently through the Apollo App.

Monster Middle East does not independently guarantee the continuous availability of manufacturer operated connected services.

27. Location & Connected Product Data

Connected Apollo Products and the Apollo App may collect information relating to Product usage and location.

Apollo's existing Connect+ terms specifically describe the potential collection of ride information, GPS or other location data and Product related information.

Use of such services is additionally subject to the applicable Apollo App and privacy terms.

Personal information collected directly through apolloscooters.ae by Monster Middle East will be handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

28. Early Access & Beta Programs

Apollo may periodically offer beta features, early release software or early access programs.

Participation may be subject to separate Apollo terms.

Pre release Products, software or functionality may contain features that change before commercial release.

The manufacturer's current Terms expressly contemplate separate agreements for Early Access Programs and provide that program specific terms prevail where they conflict with the general terms for that program.

29. Intellectual Property

Apollo names, trademarks, Product designs, software, photographs, graphics, documentation and related intellectual property belong to Apollo or their respective rights holders.

Website content may also belong to or be licensed to Monster Middle East.

Nothing on the Website transfers ownership of intellectual property to the Customer.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law.

30. Website & Account Security

Customers must provide accurate account information and protect their passwords and login credentials.

You must not:

Attempt unauthorized access

Introduce malicious software

Circumvent security controls

Scrape protected services unlawfully

Impersonate another person

Conduct fraudulent transactions

Interfere with Website operation

Use the Website for unlawful purposes.

31. Promotions & Loyalty Programs

Any promotion, discount, loyalty program, referral program or other benefit offered in the Middle East will be governed by its published regional terms.

North American Apollo programs, promotions, rewards or benefits do not automatically apply to purchases made through apolloscooters.ae unless expressly stated.

This distinction is important because the source Terms contain Apollo's separate Amplified loyalty and rewards program, which should not accidentally become a Middle East customer entitlement merely because the US wording was copied.

32. Apollo Ship+

Apollo Ship+ is not currently offered as part of the standard apolloscooters.ae Middle East purchasing program unless specifically displayed and offered at checkout.

Accordingly, the extensive Ship+ provisions contained in the North American Terms should not be reproduced as a Middle East customer benefit.

The source document defines Ship+ as a specific service with separate lost, stolen and damaged shipment claim rules.

Middle East delivery issues will instead be handled under Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law.

33. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected by Monster Middle East through apolloscooters.ae will be processed according to Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Information may be used where appropriate for:

Order processing

Payment

Delivery

Customer support

Warranty administration

Fraud prevention

Legal compliance

Product support

Authorized marketing communications

Apollo operated applications and connected services may independently collect and process data under Apollo's applicable privacy terms.

34. Electronic Communications

Customers agree that transaction related communications may be provided electronically, including:

Order confirmations

Invoices

Shipping notifications

Warranty communications

Service information

Safety notices

Account notifications

Product updates.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monster Middle East FZE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside its legal responsibility, including losses resulting from:

Unsafe riding

Reckless use

Violation of local laws

Unauthorized modification

Improper maintenance

Use contrary to Product instructions

Customer caused damage

Unauthorized repair

Environmental misuse

Third party services outside Our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer remedy.

36. Assumption of Risk

Operating an electric scooter involves inherent risks, including traffic, road conditions, weather, obstacles, collisions and actions of other persons.

By choosing to operate a Scooter, the rider accepts the ordinary risks inherent in such activity and is responsible for operating it safely and lawfully.

This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

37. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside Our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, border closures, customs disruption, labour disputes, transportation interruption, supply chain disruption, cyber incidents or public emergencies.

38. Refusal of Service

We expect Customers to interact respectfully with Our employees, service providers and partners.

We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to refuse or restrict service in cases involving threats, harassment, abuse, discrimination, fraud or other unlawful conduct.

Apollo's underlying Terms contain a similar employee protection provision.

39. Changes to Products & Services

Apollo may modify Product software, firmware, applications and connected services over time for safety, security, functionality or technical reasons.

Monster Middle East may update regional services, policies and support arrangements where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting existing Customer rights remain subject to applicable law.

40. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases made directly through apolloscooters.ae are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictional requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to purchases through apolloscooters.ae shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For Customers purchasing from outside the UAE, mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Customer's jurisdiction may continue to apply where required by law.

41. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision subsequently.

42. Severability

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the extent necessary under applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

43. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

44. Incorporated Policies

The following regional policies, as published on apolloscooters.ae, should be read together with these Terms:

Warranty Coverage Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Safety, Regulations & Responsible Riding Policy

Weather Conditions & Environmental Use

Privacy Policy

Cookie Policy

Where a specific regional policy contains more detailed terms relating to its subject matter, that policy applies to that subject, subject always to applicable law.
